December 10, 2019 – Toronto, Ontario – Masontops, Inc. announced today United States Patent and Trademark Office has issued U.S. Utility Patent # 10,501,244 for the Pickle Pipe® fermentation airlock. This is the second patent to be granted for the Pickle Pipe; on April 1, 2017 the Pickle Pipe was issued design patent # D836,972. The Pickle Pipe® is a unique tool that enables anyone to ferment vegetables at home in Mason jars.
