Shipping & Returns

All orders ship via a traceable courier service and tracking numbers are provided. 

For orders delivering within the USA, we use Amazon Logistics; our products are scattered across dozens of Amazon fulfillment centers all over the country. This reduces the time it takes for orders to be delivered (typically within 3-5 business days), and also reduces the environmental impact of making door-to-door deliveries. It also means that your order may arrive in an Amazon box from time to time.

Canadian Orders

Most Canadian orders ship from a warehouse located in Toronto, Ontario. However, depending on product availability, some items may ship from the US. Canadian orders may also arrive in multiple shipments and in Amazon boxes.

International Orders

For international orders, we ship from a warehouse and logistics facility located in the US. Naturally, it costs quite a bit more to ship to Europe than it does to ship within the USA. We're working on reducing our costs to ship internationally, but for now they are legitimately quite high. Many of our products are available on Amazon, including Amazon UK and Amazon Germany

Here are the rates that apply to all orders:

Shipping within USA: Free for orders over $25, all other orders ship for $2

Shipping to Canada:Free for orders over $25, all other orders ship for $2

Shipping Anywhere Else: $75 for all orders, any size 

We understand that this makes a $15 order to Europe not a very attractive proposition. And we're sorry about that. And we're working on it. But for now, this is what it costs and we hope to make it more affordable in the future or recommend checking your regional Amazon site.  

A note about customs. We do not pre-pay duties on any order. If duties are applicable for any international shipment (they are not always) then they will be due upon receipt.

RETURNS

We will accept returns of unopened product within 30 days of delivery. We will refund the purchase price, less shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee upon receiving the return in Brand New condition.
