Masontops® General Contest/Giveaway/Sweepstakes Rules

THESE RULES ARE TO BE READ IN CONJUNCTION WITH CONTEST/GIVEAWAY/SWEEPSTAKES SHORT RULES. SHORT RULES CAN BE FOUND WHERE EVER MASONTOPS® CONTESTS/GIVEAWAYS/SWEEPSTAKES ARE OFFICIALLY ANNOUNCED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE OFFICIAL MASONTOPS® WEBSITE, FACEBOOK, TWITTER, PINTEREST, AND/OR EMAILS SENT BY MASONTOPS®. SHORT RULES WILL INCLUDE SPECIFIC DETAILS ON HOW TO ENTER, PRIZE INFORMATION, DATE DETAILS, AND MORE. 

ELIGIBILITY  
Only entrants living within the United States (excluding residents of Rhode Island) and Canada (excluding residents of Quebec) that are of the age 18+ are eligible for Masontops® contests/giveaways/sweepstakes. Masontops® contests/giveaways/sweepstakes are void wherever prohibited. 

PRIZE(S)
The retail value of the prize(s) and the number of prizes being distributed are clearly stated in the short rules of each contest/giveaway/sweepstakes Masontops® runs. Short rules may be found at the original and final Masontops® contest/giveaway/sweepstakes announcement. Locations of short rules may include, but are not limited to a Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest post/tweet/pin/image/app, and/or in an email.  

WINNING 
The odds of winning a giveaway/sweepstakes are entirely dependent on the number of entries received and/or dependent on the number of entrants in relation to the number of prizes, and/or the quality of the entry in relation to others.  

WINNER SELECTION & ANNOUNCEMENT 
The Masontops® employees responsible for the running of social media and contests/giveaways/sweepstakes are also responsible for the announcing, running, and winner selection process of all Masontops® contests/giveaways/sweepstakes. These employees may choose winners based solely on their discretion and are not obligated to justify/defend their selection. 

Winners will be announced wherever specified in the short rules. Short rules may be found at the original and final contest/giveaway/sweepstakes announcement. Locations of short rules may include, but are not limited to a Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest post/tweet/pin/image/app, and/or email, and/or the Masontops® website. Winners wishing to receive their prize must supply Masontops® with their mailing address. Masontops® will only use said mailing address in order to mail the winner their prize which may involve communicating the winner’s address to the shipping/order department relevant to Masontops®. By entering a Masontops® contests/giveaway/sweepstakes, you agree to this. Winners may be asked to email their personal information to hello@masontops.com.  

PRIZE DISTRIBUTION
Masontops® will mail all winners their prize free of charge.

Masontops® is not responsible for nor is obligated to take any technical difficulties into consideration. Technical difficulties include, but are not limited to, email failure, internet connectivity loss, server overloading, etc. Masontops® will not take any entries/entrants into consideration that are believed to have in any way cheated, be fraudulent, or contain copyrighted content. Masontops® is not obligated to announce or notify the entrant of Masontops® suspicion of cheating, an entry/entrant being fraudulent, or an entry containing copyrighted content. Masontnops® is also not obligated to prove, justify, or argue their belief or take arguments made by the suspect into consideration. Fraudulent entries/entrants include, but are not limited to, entrants submitting multiple entries, entries that are not an original, people believed to create multiple entrant accounts and therefore submit multiple entries, etc. 

Masontops® can only take into consideration entries received. Masontops® is not obligated to consider any entries that are not properly submitted, including but not limited to, the use of proper hash tags on entries as specified in the short rules. 

Masontops® reserves the sole discretion to alter contest/giveaway/sweepstakes rules, requirements, key terms, and/or cancel contests/giveaways/sweepstakes as Masontops® sees fit.
