I had been using the regular two piece canning lids for my fermented salsa and noticed some rusting of the lid. When I saw these lids I bought several packs, and am very satisfied so far.
These screw bands are great! It's about time someone came up with plastic ones. They screw on easily, seem to be well made and they don't trust! I would highly recommend them!
